Looking through the list, this is probably the most difficult question to approach. This is nothing I’ve thought about before, so I had to dig a bit to see if I even had a valid answer.
I think the main problem with this topic is that I tend to ignore song lyrics. I kind of had to stretch for this one, but found a song that was a fairly good fit.
While they seem a bit straightforward, the lyrics in this song can be interpreted as scathing sarcasm, a bit of masochism, or simply conflicting emotions. Each time I hear it, I tend to consider it a different way, never really coming to a conclusion on what was intended. It almost makes me wonder if it was meant to elicit such questions. Who knows.
Tomorrow’s post may be delayed, just because a lot of stuff came up all at once and I am mentally drained from planning for Japan.
