Must have been a cameo from the second season or I didn’t notice the guy in the first season of Railgun.
He hasn’t been in the anime yet (Index or Railgun), but he plays a big part in the most recent arc of the Railgun manga, the Daihaseisai.
Okie dokie. No wonder. I’ll wait for the third Railgun season, if it happens, to see him in action…or not.
